We Offer
Multi appliance
We can cover multiple appliances under one repair plan, including breakdown protection and accidental damage cover. Our advisors are available to help you choose the right level of cover.
Repairs
In cases where we cannot resolve an issue over the phone, we aim to arrange an engineer visit within 48 hours. Where possible, we aim to repair on-site, and where a repair is not possible, we may offer a like-for-like replacement in line with your plan.
Engineer visits
All repair plans include engineer call-outs, parts, and labour, ensuring there are no unexpected repair costs.
